What I tend to find, as a hypnotherapist, is that sleep problems go hand in hand with anxiety and depression. Often when the anxiety or low mood is dealt with the sleep problems automatically fade away! But what about when there are no obvious reasons for insomnia? This can sometimes be a more difficult problem to solve but learning relaxation does help as the lady  in this article found out.
